The Sales Manager will:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from the inbound leads to the activation of an account
- Responsible for business and growth in the Region & Payment collection
- Lead, guide and manage a team of Territory / Area Sales Managers
- Coordinating with Product Delivery team for software installation/training
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Support Marketing promotion & Demo products and solutions to potential clients
- Be driven by sales over-achievement.
Some skills that may come in handy:
- Be self-driven and hard-worker
- Sales experience and achievements
- Experience in the retail sector and / or in IT would be nice but not compulsory
- Be very well-organized: you will have a high volume of new leads to handle every month
Qualification: Preferably MBA in Marketing , otherwise any Graduate or Post Graduate degree in business management or related field
Industry Preferred: Retail Sales, relevant to IT Industry/ Computer Hardware Software Sales/Software Solution Sales/Business Automation Solutions Sales
Linguistic: Good spoken and written English and Local Language
Salary: Best in Industry . Will not be a constraint for deserving candidate. Compensation will have both aspects Fixed & Variable. High performance will result in higher salaries .
You will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the support team to ensure a great customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) OR ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)
Candidate should have 3-6 years experience in Sales & Marketing of Software and IT related products, Point of sale solutions to small and medium business. Expertise in end to end sales process is required. Starting from Prospecting, Lead generation, Conversion, Collection, Retention and Win-back. Highly motivated candidates with hunger to grow and perform.
